Cancellation / prepayment
Every reservation requires prepayment. The flexible rate requires a 50% prepayment and allows free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. The non-refundable rate requires a 100% prepayment, which is not refunded in case of cancellation.
Damage policy
If card storage is accepted during booking, the card used for payment may be charged after check-out up to EUR 200 only in the event of documented damage, missing equipment, extraordinary cleaning, or other costs of restoring the apartment to its pre-stay condition.
