It offers the best position with a panoramic sea view, from the first rays of sunlight to golden sunsets over the Baltic Sea.
The 41 m² layout includes a spacious living room with panoramic glazing, an elegant bedroom with a large double bed, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Guests also have access to a furnished balcony, perfect for enjoying sunsets over the sea.
The apartment is finished in a modern style with strong attention to detail and comfort: two TVs, fast Wi-Fi, dual-zone air conditioning, and a kitchen equipped with a capsule coffee machine, induction hob, toaster, mixer, dishwasher, microwave, plus a full set of tableware and glasses.
A private underground garage is an additional advantage. A welcome bottle of wine is prepared for our guests.
The complex itself offers exceptional amenities: a private beach, luxury spa, two swimming pools including an outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi, four saunas, and a restaurant.

Bałtycki Eden Apartment Delux is located at 70D Gryfa Pomorskiego Street in the central and prestigious part of Międzyzdroje, only around 150 m from the wide sandy beach.
It combines living comfort with direct access to nature. The complex was built between 2018 and 2023 by Green House Development; building D has 11 floors and forms part of a modern gated estate with a spa, fitness area, reception, and restaurant.
The surrounding area includes quiet side streets such as Orla, Wesoła, and Polna, with low-rise seaside buildings and easy access to local shops, restaurants, and health services.
Within walking distance you will find the Spa Park, the Pier, and the lively town centre with cafes, promenade routes, and family attractions such as the Wax Museum and walking paths near Kawcza Góra.
This is an excellent base both for relaxation and for active exploring. The location combines the calm of a villa district with direct sea access, modern infrastructure, and easy walking access to local attractions.
